This policy explains the small-batch fulfillment approach for ReWine and Try again and sets clear expectations for processing and delivery.

Processing times

Orders are prepared in small batches. Standard processing time is typically a few business days, but launch periods, custom requests, or seasonal demand can extend that window.

If an order requires extra lead time, the customer will be contacted before fulfillment is finalized.

Delivery scope

Shipping availability, rates, and delivery carriers may vary depending on the order size and destination.

If local delivery, gifting, or bundled orders are available, those options will be confirmed directly with the customer.

Damaged or missing items

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, email rewineandtryagain@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the package and items as soon as possible.

The brand will review each case and work toward a fair replacement, credit, or resolution.

Returns

Because body care products are personal-use items, returns may be limited once a product has been opened or used. If there is a fulfillment issue, contact the brand directly to review options.
